For example, by ticking one box you could tell Criticali that you want to backup all your "Standard" Windows documents. This would include your favourites, your desktop settings and all the files and folders in My Documents.
After that, you can select which other folders you want to backup by simply selecting them in a Browser tree.
You can next specify how often to back up the files. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or on a specific date - the choice is yours. Similarly, you can specify the time of day to perform the backup.
If you want some files to be backed up daily, and others weekly, you can tell Criticali to do that too.
