Criticali is an online file backup service from Calico UK. It provides a reliable and secure means of safeguarding your critical data so that it can later be restored in the event of loss. Users can back up files from their PCs to a mirrored storage centre, so one copy of the files is saved on one backup server, and a mirror image is saved to a second backup server in a separate building.

The service works as follows. You can download the backup application from the Criticali website and install it on to your PC. Once you have subscribed to the service, you will receive a login name and password that will allow the application to connect to the backup server. You can then either backup files immediately or configure the backup application to backup your files according to a schedule.
