It provides a reliable and secure means of safeguarding your critical data so that it can be restored in the event of loss. Users can back up files from their PCs to a mirrored storage centre, so one copy of the files is saved on one backup server, and a mirror image is saved to a second backup server hundreds of miles away. The service works as follows. You can download the backup application from the Criticali website and install it on to your PC. Once you have subscribed to the service, you will receive a login name and password that will allow the application to connect to the backup server. You can then either backup files immediately or configure the backup application to backup your files according to a schedule.	About Criticali When you create a backup set, you have a choice of a performing a standard file backup, or one of several special backup modes which cater for, for example, MS SQL Server, Lotus Notes, MS Exchange, Oracle and MySQL. You can also specify commands to run before the backup takes place (for example, to make copies of files that are currently in use) or after it has happened. In any event, Criticali will check to make sure that the backup was successful and will send you an email when the backup has completed. The Criticali service backs up your selected files over a secure encrypted link to an online backup server, from where it is then mirrored to a second backup server for security. To save on space and bandwidth, Criticali only backs up new or changed files.
